Adolfo Gonzalez was born and raised in Mexico. He graduated from I.T.E.S.M with a BA in Marketing and Business Administration. His insurance career began in 1999 as an adjuster for Allstate Insurance. In 2005 he started his own Allstate agency where he earned the trust of the community and built a successful office. He later decided to leave the exclusive agency channel to become a managing partner of Echelon Insurance Agency with his wife Tammi. He specializes in life and health insurance, as well as commercial policies and group benefits. Most of all, Adolfo is a family man. He is married to Tammi Gonzalez and is the proud father of Bella, Alex and Austin. He is a member of the Alamo Executive’s Group and other business associations. He enjoys riding bicycles, swimming and running in his free time.

Tammi Gonzalez is a true Texan! She grew up in Texas and has lived in Dallas, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin in 2001, she began her career working in the insurance industry where she has spent the last 13 years. Some of her roles have included working at Allstate and USAA where she performed key roles in litigation claims, subrogation, high-value claim settlements, as well as a training specialist. After working her way through various positions in order to sharpen her expertise in the insurance industry, she settled in San Antonio and later founded Echelon Insurance Agency in 2009. She is currently involved in the accounting and management portion of the business. Tammi is married to Adolfo Gonzalez and they have 3 beautiful children (Bella, Alex & Austin). In her spare time, she enjoys crafts and refinishing-repurposing things. She is also a member of Community Bible Church.

Alex Santoy began his insurance career shortly after moving to San Antonio, TX from the Chicago suburbs. He received his Property & Casualty Insurance License in 2008, later obtained his Life & Health Insurance license in 2010. He currently specializes in personal and commercial lines of insurance. After gaining invaluable experience working as an office manager for an exclusive insurance agency, he switched to an independent insurance agency to help more people with a much more extensive variety of insurance products and services. Alex’s core values include honesty and integrity when dealing with all customers. In his spare time, he enjoys running, boxing, and spending time with family and friends.
